Prices shared on this website (where shown) are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed in a formal quotation after a site assessment, and may vary based on site conditions, capacity, finish and accessories selected.
An order is confirmed only after mutual agreement on specification, price and timeline. AZON Integrated Solution reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where site conditions are unsuitable or information provided is inaccurate.
We accept manual UPI/bank payments. Submitting a UTR/transaction ID or payment screenshot marks a payment as "Pending" — it does not automatically confirm the payment. Payments are confirmed only after manual verification by our team against our bank/UPI records. If a payment cannot be verified, it will be marked "Rejected" and you will be contacted to resolve the issue.
An invoice is generated once a payment is verified. Please retain your invoice for warranty, service and accounting purposes.
Installation timelines depend on lift type, site readiness and any custom requirements, and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Delays caused by site readiness, statutory approvals, or force majeure events are outside our control.
Warranty terms are specified in your quotation/invoice. Routine maintenance beyond the warranty period is available through our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
AZON Integrated Solution Private Limited shall not be liable for damages arising from misuse of installed equipment, unauthorised modifications, or failure to follow recommended maintenance schedules.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts local to our registered office.
